Privacy policy
Arthur Libri is the project contact. Write to info@arthurlibri.com about your data or privacy rights.
Your guide request
Your name and email are processed through Systeme.io to provide the guide and Arthur’s email updates as described next to the form. You can unsubscribe at any time. Browsing this website does not subscribe you.
Language preference
The form you submit records whether you chose the Italian or English website, so Arthur can organize contacts by language. This does not indicate that you have purchased a product.
Services and storage
ChatGPT Sites hosts the website; Systeme.io provides the form and manages contacts. These services process technical data needed to operate according to their own policies. To return from the Payhip checkout to your purchased files, a private essential cookie stores a random reference for up to seven days. It contains no email address or card details. Files become available after Payhip confirms the order. Browser storage remembers your animation preference, selected products for the current session, and the local demo timer. Our website code adds no advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may contact the competent supervisory authority. Data is retained to handle your request and email updates until consent is withdrawn or the service ends, subject to applicable obligations.
Updated: 23 October 2026.
Purchases and downloads
Payhip handles checkout, delivery of purchased files and the email containing your download link; Stripe processes payments. The Arthur website does not receive card numbers. To update purchased products and email sequences, the Arthur server receives the order reference, email address, products, amount and transaction status from Payhip and updates the contact in systeme.io. Purchasing does not constitute consent to marketing messages. Downloads for orders placed before the migration remain available through Arthur under the access period specified at purchase.
